The seventh child of Mable Ivy Pitterson (a mighty woman of God), Clive "Bobby" Simpson was born in Clarendon, Jamaica. It was in later years that he moved to the U.S. Christ snatched Bobby from the world over 13 years ago at Manna Bible Baptist church in Baltimore, Maryland (Pastor Joseph Brown). Bobby enjoys singing, writing lyrics and reasoning with people to edify and esteem them in Christ. His mission is to minister the love and grace of Christ Jesus to the world and bring the people of God into the reality of their divine right and authority. This is evident in his music. Wake up, it's a new DAWNING.

Bobby has been writing and singing for many years now. Since his born again experience, he entered the Christian music industry with his first project, Dawning. Dawning chronicles his transformation out of darkness into light.

Bobby says:

"My purpose is to be a vessel use by Christ Jesus, by his Holy Spirit, to encourage and enlighten the world, to minister to the body of believers that they speak prophetically the Word of God , to encourage believers to SPEAK LIFE, SPEAK CHRIST (as the embodiment of Christ), and to strengthen our language and our faith. We are a people of power, a people of strength, children of God."

Bobby Simpson's mission and purpose, is to speak to people's soul letting them know the POWER of the MOUTH. In the book of James, Chapter 3, it speaks of people using their mouth in ways God did not create it for. Through Bobby's Speak Life International Ministry (SLIM), he is working on a book entitled The Power of the Mouth. He speaks to fathers and mothers who have young children, especially pregnant mothers, that they declare, edify, exhort, and prophecy to their children every moment and every chance they get. They should look their children in the eyes (pregnant mothers should put their hands on their stomach) and let that child know what God has in store for them. To those in countries where the lands are dry, the people should congregate and continue daily to decree, declare and prophecy to the wind and atmosphere until it moves.
